Bloggers take readers on NYC food crawl with new book

Authors Ali Zweben Imber and Daryl Zweben Hom, the faces behind the popular food blog The Sisterhood of the Unbuttoning Pants, have released a NYC foodie’s dream come true. “New York City Food Crawls” maps out the ideal culinary tour of every neighborhood, each with a unique theme and focus.

This first-of-its kind guidebook maps out a gastronomic tour of New York City, neighborhood by neighborhood. Whether you are looking for haute dining uptown or hot dogs downtown, this book will point you in the right direction.

Each crawl offers a completely different experience for both locals and visitors alike, whether you are seeking a fun night out, a slice of pizza history, a new way to experience your own city or simply food porn photos to rival the best on Instagram.

“New York City Food Crawls” will guide you where to eat in the Theater District without feeling like a tourist, find the chicest spots to hit mid-shopping spree and take brunch to a whole new level any day of the week. Put on your walking shoes and your stretchy pants and dig into the Big Apple one dish at a time.

The authors are sisters who are fourth generation in the hospitality business. Both graduates of Cornell Hotel School, Zweben Imber and Zweben Hom started their blog, The Sisterhood of the Unbuttoning Pants, after many requests from friends for restaurant recommendations.

Both sisters have relevant and varied work experiences in hospitality, PR and marketing, which contribute to their knowledge and love of the food world. Their unique voice and on-point reviews have gained them a massive following and secured them as a go-to-resource for all things dining in New York.
